Our Hitting Program will lead to enhanced ability as a hitter including feel for hit, bat speed development, managing of the strike zone and developing the mechanics of the swing.

Coach Marsh is currently the Hitting/Infield Coach at Hendrix College after spending the last six years at the Division I Level at George Mason, UMBC and Maine. At Hendrix the Warriors hit .299 as a team, led the conference in runs scored, were second in school history in OBP of .421, were 9th in country in SB with 122 SB and had 63 more BB/HBP than K's. While at George Mason, the Patriots had their best season in school history reaching the regional championship against Wake Forest. The Patriots offense had their best season since 2012 in terms of on base percentage and set the school record for stolen bases. While at UMBC the Retrievers were at the top of the conference in several offensive categories and were in the top 50 in the country in on base percentage and top 20 in the country in stolen bases. At Maine, the Black Bears finished second in batting average in the conference and first in doubles and homeruns. Coach Marsh has coached 13 professional players in the last 6 years. Before coaching at the college level he also coached high school and youth baseball as well.
